Cancellation Policy
We reserve time especially for you. Cancellations and no shows affect us significantly. Therefore, we require 24 hours notice for all individual cancellations and 48 hours on all Couples sessions, (With the exception of the "Creme De La Creme" which is 72 hours) in order to avoid a charge, which will be the full price of the sessions.Rescheduling will not waive the fee. All "no shows" will be charged at full value. If possible, late arrivals will receive an extension of their scheduled appointment however, when this is not possible, full payment is still expected. Please assure your fully allotted time by arriving at the office 15 minutes early. Thank you for co-operation and understanding.

Gratuities
When coming in for pain or discomfort, a gratuity not accepted. Tipping a healthcare professional is not appropriate, and we appreciate your honoring our policy. When coming in for relaxation or preventative maintenance and in addition you have pain or discomfort, then a gratuity is greatly appreciated. So, "because" or "for" pain.... no tip, with pain... tipping is appreciated! Please note that most gift certificates do not include a gratuity. Should you wish to leave a gratuity, 15-20 percent is customary, but you may of course leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. You may leave it at the reception desk when you pay your bill or give it directly to the therapist. Be assured your therapist will receive 100% of the gratuity.

Spafinder, SpaWish, Spa Week, Spa Emergency & Other Gift Certificates not purchased directly from Hands On
We gladly accept these Gift Certificates on regular priced sessions only. In addition, they can not be combined with any other offers. Like wise, all credits from these GC's must be used towards regular priced sessions as well. Not good for Mobile Services or Parties

Hands On Gift Certificates Gift Certificates bought at discounted rates can be used for the service originally purchased or redeemed for a different service, however any discounts or coupons used, lose their value. GC's sold for "dollars worth of services" may only be used for regular priced sessions. We will honor expired gc's, however they will be honored at current, regular prices only and the difference in money will be expected to be paid by the receiver of the gift certicate.

Your Personal Information We never use or share personally identifiable information. We will never sell, lease, or rent any personally identifiable information about you or your business to any third party. Only with your written consent, we will release any medical records that are requested.

No-Fault Insurance Our 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy also applies to our patients that use no-fault insurance for payment. Due to the fact that insurance does not cover cancelled, rescheduled or missed appointments, we do require that the client, not the insurance company, pays for any missed appointments, late arrivals or cancelled appointments. In addition, clients must understand and agree that they will inform Hands On HealthCare Massage Therapy, P.C., immediately should they decide to seek the services of a Physical Therapist, Chiropractor or another Massage Therapist. Due to some insurance companies regulations, services for Massage Therapy may not be covered once you seek care from a Physical Therapist, Chiropractor or a different Massage Therapist, even for a different diagnosis and services. You will be responsible for any fees not covered by your insurance company.
Tranquility Room / Foot Sanctuary
Please shut all cell phones upon entering the sanctuary.
Children cannot be accommodated in the sanctuary, and teenagers under 18 must be accompanied by parents.
We suggest that you wear comfortable pants that are easy to roll up and refrain from shaving legs prior to any session.
Please leave valuable jewelry at home.
We suggest that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment, to complete a brief medical assessment upon arrival. On subsequent visits, we ask that you inform us of any changes in your health. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Your service will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Reservations are recommended for all appointments, and non-refundable deposits are required for any group of 2 or more.
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. A 20% gratuity is added to groups of three or more.
Please help us keep our prices down by paying by cash or check.

Services in this room also fall under our Cancellation Policy, as stated above.
Gift Certificates are available. Give the gift of health & wellness to a friend, a loved one, an outstanding employee, or as a way of saying thank-you. They are however non-refundable and, and must be presented at time of service.
